Overview

A mid-sized manufacturing company was managing HR for 300+ employees through spreadsheets and paper forms. Payroll was error-prone, leave requests were handled via WhatsApp, and performance reviews had no consistent process.

Our Approach

We designed and built a role-based HRMS with modules for employee onboarding, attendance tracking (with clock-in/out), automated payroll calculation, leave request workflows, and annual performance review cycles. Resend powers automated payslip and notification emails.
