Overview
The client needed a complete taxi booking ecosystem to compete with ride-hailing giants locally. Existing solutions were either too expensive to license or too generic for their operational model.
Our Approach
We delivered three interconnected products: a passenger web/mobile app for booking rides, a React Native driver app with live navigation, and a Next.js admin dashboard for fleet and driver management. Stripe handled all payments and automated payouts.
